MINOP InVent Right Forceps

These MINOP InVent Right Forceps have kindly been donated by Bbraun for our brand new Body Voyager Galleries. The shaft is only 2mm in diameter and this instrument forms part of the intraventricular neuroendoscopic system. This instrument is inserted through an endoscope. The basic components of the intraventricular neuroendoscopic system include endoscope, trocar, camera, monitor and instrumentation. This minimally invasive system allows neurosurgeons to access deep seared regions of the brain without trauma to sensitive neurovascular structures. The endoscope allows illumination and inspection of angles in hidden parts of the surgical field with clear depictions of anatomical structure.
