An Evening with Surgeons' Hall Museum and more!

21 September 2023

We've got a brilliant events programme lined up to take us through to Christmas! We have 2 online events- "V" with Florence Schechter and an online talk looking at the history of corrosion casts delivered by our Human Remains Conservator.      BSc Oral Health Sciences students and staff from the University of Edinburgh will be back on the 16th of October for Re-start a Heart Day. This fantastic annual event teaches people of all ages the crucial skill of CPR. We will be running our second sensory friendly quiet morning at the end of October. The museum will open early for those who need a quieter environment to enjoy the museum.  Last but by no means least, we are delighted to announce "An Evening with Surgeons' Hall Museums". View our galleries, speak to our specialist, try your hand at animation, view collections not on regular display and more at this unique after-hours event. Full details of all the events can be found below!
