Uterus Teaching Model

This is an early 20th century model used for teaching by Professor J. Halliday Croom. He held the Chair of Midwifery, Edinburgh University from 1905-1921. The model shows a pregnant uterus with adjoining fallopian tubes and ovaries. It is currently on display in the Wohl Pathology Museum, Surgeons’ Hall Museums.
