Surgeons' Hall Museums are delighted to welcome Dr Andrew Murray, University of Edinburgh, GP and Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant for his talk on The Future of Health.

Health and healthcare is changing faster than at any time in human history.  Scotland has contributed much to innovation, and improvement, but what is next??

Andrew is probably best known as a runner, having jogged 4300 km from Scotland to the Sahara, and a historic 7 ultra marathons on 7 continents in under a week, while he has held a number of leadership positions within Scottish health.  A fresh thinker and dynamic speaker, this talk will challenge preconceptions, and provide glimpses into the future that may excite and scare in equal measure.

Talk starts at 7pm, doors open 6.30pm.

Museum Access until 9pm.
